The Bos Meer Huis (Forest Lake House) is a modestly sized home, but there is plenty to see if you are curious and enjoy learning.
What you will see:
- A stud wall! (What, I thought you were an ICF builder?!)
- Rainscreen over continuous Neopor insulation
- Thermally broken window bucks
- Tons of air sealing details
- Triple pane windows
- Where we "hid" the mechanical room
We learn things on every home too, so come with your questions! Ask us why we chose a certain product, what we would do differently on the next one, how much more a Zero Energy Ready home costs, and more.
