DenHartigh--basement and garage foundation

This is a picture of Protecto-Wrap, a membrane that covers and protects the foam above the grade and below the siding.

Window installed into V-Buck opening.

Cutting in for the windows with a reciprocating saw.

Floor trusses can be hung from an interior brickledge.

Otherwise they can be hung from these brackets.

A top plate is normally set inside the foam to attach trusses.

Vertical rod is installed after forms are set and before the pour

This photo is an attempt to show a straight corner and gable end wall.

We can form walls to any angle.

Another view of the gable end wall.

Here I am trying to show the subfloor sitting on a 4" ledge created by switching form an 8" to a 4" block.

This is a wood buck window, you can also see the waterproofing.

On upper levels, all bracing must be done from the inside.

Wood supported wall.

This is a 30' tall straight corner--to show that it can be done!

Golden--roof on.

Golden--back of house--shows the cement coating between the grade and siding.

Gontina--basement only
Hart--this one had 42 corners!!

Juskewicz--you can just see the individual hurricane straps.

This is Lite-Deck.

This is the shoring under Lite-Deck.

Here you can see the radiant heat and the reinforcement installed over the Lite-Deck.
The Lite-Deck with all rod installed, and ready to pour.

Pouring and finishing Lite-Deck.

This is what Lite-Deck looks like after the shoring is removed--ready to park cars on and under.
We brace very well!
